FoodyOS is your Restaurant Management System: POS, kitchen display, floor + hostess, online ordering site, in-house delivery, loyalty, inventory — all on one platform. One login for the whole operation. 0% commission on your direct orders. Powered by your own Stripe account.
Live flow: awaiting payment → paid → in prep → ready → delivered. Status filters, ordered table, animated entries.
Real-time 3-column board. Tickets with timers; border pulses red when they pass 6 minutes without action.
Queue, order editor and chat side-by-side. Fire to kitchen the moment a payment is verified.
Drag your tables on a grid with alignment guides. Assign server sections per shift.
Waitlist, interactive floorplan and reservations — the three columns a host needs during a Friday night rush.
Most US pickup orders route through DoorDash, Grubhub, or UberEats — they keep 6–10% plus the customer relationship. FoodyOS gives you the marketplace-class ordering experience on your own URL, powered by your own Stripe account.
They land on YOUR ordering page from Google, Instagram, or the QR on the table. Browse, build the cart, tap Apple Pay.
The order lands on your KDS the second Stripe authorizes. Pulses red until the line acknowledges. Times itself.
Cashier marks it Ready. Customer's tracking page flips to a green check. You kept ~$48 of a $50 order instead of $35.
Categories, tags, time-windowed offers and images. Sync to your public ordering site automatically.
Link ingredients to every item. Stock deducts the moment an order lands — no end-of-day counts.
Phone-indexed customer database. Points, rewards and bulk WhatsApp campaigns with segmentation — your audience, not the marketplace's.
Sales per hour, top items, LTV and repeat rate. Live data, not PDF reports.
6 roles, 17 granular permissions and an audit log of every sensitive action.
Zones with fees, drivers with stats and manual or proximity-based dispatch. Run your own delivery without per-order DoorDash Drive fees.
At checkout or from your ordering site, they opt into your loyalty program — phone-indexed, no account to create.
One tap drops a branded pass into Apple Wallet — your logo, your colors, a scannable barcode for in-store visits.
Every order updates the points and balance on the pass automatically. No app to open, nothing for the customer to refresh.
When they've earned a reward, the pass pushes a notification to their lock screen — pulling them back in for the next visit.

Android-based smart handheld for tableside ordering and tap-to-pay. Customizable on-reader UI, branded splash screen, optional dock for Ethernet + USB peripherals.

5-inch capacitive touchscreen. The simple, dependable counter reader if your floor team doesn't need a handheld.

Handheld with an integrated thermal receipt printer. The right pick if you want tableside payment + paper receipt without a separate printer on the line.

Compact Bluetooth reader that pairs with the FoodyOS app on a phone or tablet. Good for pop-ups, food trucks, or as a backup reader at peak.

No card reader needed. Stripe Terminal's Tap-to-Pay accepts contactless cards and Apple Pay directly on a supported iPhone. Each server can become a card reader.

Same idea on Android. Supported NFC-enabled Android devices accept contactless cards directly through the FoodyOS app.
Buy an iPad or Android tablet once, assign it to the counter or to a server for the shift. Multi-tab support so the same device can run orders + kitchen view if you need it to. Logs out at end-of-shift; the next shift logs in.
Mount any 10" tablet on the kitchen line. Timers, column reordering, station routing, and 86'd-item hiding are all software, not hardware. Add stations as you grow — one tablet per station, or one big screen split by station.
The restaurant typically buys a small fleet of low-cost Android handhelds or older iPhones for the floor — assigned per shift, locked to the FoodyOS app. Each server signs in, takes orders tableside, and signs out at end of shift.
If you’d rather skip handheld hardware entirely, your servers can sign in to FoodyOS on their own iPhone or Android and take orders / Tap-to-Pay from there. Best for small teams that already trust each other’s devices. You can mix it: front-of-house on company tablets, servers on their own phones.
Install the free FoodyOS app on an iPhone or iPad at the counter. It connects to your ESC/POS thermal printer over Bluetooth or your local network and prints customer receipts and kitchen tickets. Free and included with FoodyOS.
Install the free FoodyOS app on an Android phone or tablet by the pass. It connects to your ESC/POS thermal printer over Bluetooth or your local network and pushes kitchen tickets and receipts as orders fire. Free and included with FoodyOS.
Draw delivery rings around your restaurant or hand-build polygons for tricky neighborhoods. Different fees, minimums, and ETAs per zone. Out-of-zone orders are politely rejected at checkout.
Manual or proximity-based assignment. Drivers see only their queue. Per-driver stats — orders today, average dispatch time, customer ratings — ship in the back office.
No second app to learn. Drivers log in to FoodyOS on their own iPhone or Android, see assigned orders, hit "Picked up" and "Delivered" with one tap. GPS-based status updates flow back to the same tracking link the customer already has.
Customers reopen the same tracking link they got at order confirmation — see the kitchen progress, the dispatch moment, and the driver's live location. All on your URL, branded with your name, no marketplace logo.

Full-bleed hero photo, image-led menu card grid, geometric sans typography.

Fraunces serif headlines, warm cream background, vertical menu in printed-card style with dotted leaders to prices.

Pure typography (Playfair Display + IBM Plex Mono). No hero photo required. Loads in under a second.

FoodyOS is an all-in-one restaurant management system that runs the whole operation on one platform: a branded online ordering site, POS, kitchen display, floor and hostess, in-house delivery dispatch, loyalty and inventory. Independent US restaurants use it to take direct pickup and delivery orders at 0% platform commission, instead of paying 15–30% to DoorDash, Grubhub or UberEats. Pricing is a flat $149 per restaurant per month with every module included, billed month-to-month. Payments run through the restaurant's own Stripe account — 2.7% + 5¢ in person and 2.9% + 30¢ online — so payouts settle directly to its bank.
