Owner.com pricing in 2026: what it costs and what is included
Owner.com pricing as published, October 2026: Flexible $249/mo, Flat Rate $499/mo, the per-order fees, and what its POS costs.
Owner.com publishes two plans. As of October 2026, its pricing page lists Flexible at $249 a month plus a 5% restaurant fee on each order, and Flat Rate at $499 a month with no restaurant fee. On both plans the guest also pays a 5% order support fee. Billing is month to month. Owner.com now sells a point of sale too, and its price is not published.
Everything below comes from Owner.com’s own pricing page and its product pages, read on October 12, 2026. No review site and no reseller is quoted. Where we do arithmetic on those numbers, we say so and show the assumptions.

The two plans
| Plan | Monthly price | Restaurant fee per order | How Owner.com describes it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flexible | $249 | 5% | Lower subscription with a small per-order fee. Your costs scale with your sales. |
| Flat Rate | $499 | None | Predictable cost and no restaurant fees. Best for restaurants at $5k+/mo in online sales. |
The page says there are no long-term contracts, that you can cancel at any time, and that there are no cancellation fees. It also says special rates are available for multi-location restaurants and does not print them.
What both plans include
The pricing page has one list under “Included on all plans”. It names an AI-optimized website, online ordering, a branded mobile app, automated SEO pages, loyalty and rewards, AI-powered marketing, direct catering orders, setup and migration, chargeback protection and 24/7 support. Owner.com lists one feature set for both plans.
The fee your guests pay
This is the part that is easy to miss. Owner.com’s FAQ says that on both plans guests pay a 5% order support fee, which it says covers fulfillment and customer service. So on Flat Rate, the restaurant pays no per-order fee and the guest still does. On Flexible, the restaurant pays 5% and the guest pays 5% on the same order.
The page does not say that this fee is charged to the restaurant, so we leave it out of the arithmetic below. It is still part of what your customer pays, and worth knowing before you compare prices with a marketplace.
Which plan costs less at your volume
This is our arithmetic on Owner.com’s published numbers. It counts the subscription and the restaurant fee only. It leaves out card processing, which Owner.com does not publish, and any hardware.
| Online sales in a month | Flexible | Flat Rate |
|---|---|---|
| $2,000 | $349 | $499 |
| $5,000 | $499 | $499 |
| $10,000 | $749 | $499 |
| $20,000 | $1,249 | $499 |
The two plans cost the same at $5,000 a month in online sales. Below that, Flexible is cheaper. Above it, Flat Rate is. That matches Owner.com’s own line that Flat Rate is best for restaurants doing $5k or more a month in online sales.
Owner POS: not in the plans, price not published
An earlier version of our own comparison page described Owner.com as a website and online ordering tool that sits beside your POS. That is no longer the whole picture. It has a point of sale page, and a point of sale is not in the “Included on all plans” list. On pricing, that page says Owner has flexible pricing that depends on the volume you are doing today, and asks you to reach out. So the two published prices above are for the website, ordering and marketing platform. What the POS adds is a number you have to ask for.
What the pricing page does not say
- Card processing. We found no card rate on the pricing page. Ask what you will pay per transaction and who the processor is.
- The POS price. Not published, as above.
- Hardware. Owner.com has a kitchen tablet page. The pricing page does not say whether the tablet or a printer carries a charge.
- Multi-location rates. Mentioned, not printed.
Questions to put to Owner.com before you sign
- What is the card processing rate, and can I use a processor I already have?
- Can I turn off the 5% guest fee, or absorb it myself?
- What does Owner POS cost at my volume, and is it required or optional?
- Owner.com’s FAQ says you can switch plans at any time. If I move from Flexible to Flat Rate in the month my online sales pass $5,000, how is that month billed?
- Is there any charge for the kitchen tablet or the printer?
- If I cancel, do I keep my customer list and my domain?
How this compares with FoodyOS, briefly
We make FoodyOS, so weigh this section accordingly. FoodyOS is one plan at $149 a month per restaurant, and that price includes the POS, the kitchen display and the ordering website. FoodyOS charges no commission on direct orders. Online card payments on your ordering site run on your own Stripe account at Stripe’s published 2.9% + 30¢ for domestic cards.
Owner.com does things FoodyOS does not. It offers a branded mobile app for your guests, and it lists automated SEO pages and AI-powered marketing in every plan. If growing online orders is the whole job and you are happy with the POS you have, that is what it is built for. The full side by side, with the same caveats, is on FoodyOS vs Owner.com, and our own price is on the pricing page.
